1. GENERAL
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of apparel and related products ("Products") from Camada Apparel Pty Ltd (ABN 80 682 089 434) ("Camada Apparel", "we", "us", "our"), including without limitation any use of our website(s), mobile applications, and social media platforms owned, operated, controlled or managed by Camada Apparel (collectively, "Camada Platforms"), and any information, tools, pricing, sizing, and services provided through them. “Camada Platforms” also includes any digital systems, QR codes, electronic devices, or in-store technology provided by Camada Apparel for browsing, purchasing, customer service, or account access.
1.2 By purchasing Products online, in-store, or using Camada Platforms, you ("you", "the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms apply from the date of publication on our website or Camada Platforms.
1.4 These Terms apply in addition to any protections under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and, for overseas customers, any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your jurisdiction.
1.5 By using Camada Platforms or purchasing Products, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, receipts, notices, and updates. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
2.1 By placing an order or using Camada Platforms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2.2 You agree that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
2.3 We may refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion where fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms is suspected.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
3.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Product descriptions, images, sizing information, pricing, colours and other details provided on Camada Platforms are accurate.
3.2 Actual Product colours may vary depending on your device or display settings.
3.3 All Products are subject to availability. We may discontinue items at any time without notice.
3.4 Sizing measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes or fabric characteristics.
3.5 Manufacturers may update or modify product specifications, materials, or packaging. Minor variations that do not affect the overall functionality or quality of the Product are not considered misrepresentations.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
4.1 All prices displayed on Camada Platforms are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Prices include GST for Australian customers.
4.3 Prices exclude international duties, taxes or import fees, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
4.4 We accept major payment methods as listed at checkout (including credit card, debit card and other supported digital payment options).
4.5 Your order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
5. ORDERS
5.1 When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
5.2 We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including:

5.7 If your order is cancelled, you will be notified, and any payment already processed will be refunded.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
6.1 Camada Apparel ships to addresses within Australia and to selected international destinations.
6.2 Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and vary depending on location and shipping method.
6.3 Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events.
6.4 International customers are responsible for:

6.6 customs clearance
6.7 any local postal or handling fees
6.8 Risk of loss passes to you when the Product is delivered to the delivery address you provide.
6.9 Title to Products passes upon full payment being received.
6.10 International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections and clearance delays. These delays are outside our control and may extend delivery timeframes.
6.11 We comply with customs declaration laws and do not mark parcels as “gifts” or declare lower values.
7. CLICK & COLLECT (IF OFFERED)
7.1 If available, customers may choose to collect orders in-store.
7.2 Orders must be collected within the timeframe specified at checkout.
7.3 You may be required to provide identification and proof of purchase upon collection.
8. IN-STORE CONDUCT
8.1 Customers must treat staff and other customers respectfully.
8.2 We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals engaging in abusive or disruptive behaviour.
9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
9.1 If there is any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and the Returns Policy, these Terms & Conditions prevail to the extent permitted by law.
9.2 Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and is available on our website.
9.3 Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for major failures, and for minor issues where remedies are not possible.
9.4 We accept returns for change of mind subject to the following:
9.4.1 Products must be returned within the specified return period
9.4.2 Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition
9.4.3 Tags and packaging must be intact.
This exclusion applies only to change-of-mind returns. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of whether an item was purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
9.5 The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
9.5.1 Underwear or intimate apparel
9.5.2 Sale or clearance items (subject to store policy)
9.6 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
9.7 International customers are responsible for any duties associated with returns.
10. FAULTY PRODUCTS
10.1 If you believe a Product is faulty, please contact us promptly with supporting information or images.
10.2 If a fault is confirmed:
10.2.1 you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the ACL
10.2.2 we will cover return shipping for faulty items
10.3 Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
11. RESALE & COMMERCIAL USE
11.1 Products purchased are for personal use only.
11.2 Resale or commercial use of Products is prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained.
12. LIMITATION ON BULK PURCHASES
12.1 We may limit quantities purchased per customer to prevent stock shortages or unauthorized resale.
13. GIFT CARDS
13.1 Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
13.2 Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
14. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & LOYALTY PROGRAMS
14.1 Promotional codes, discounts, and loyalty rewards cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
14.2 We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
14.3 Loyalty points (if offered) have no cash value and expire as per program terms.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
15.1 All trademarks, branding, text, images, designs and content on our website or within our stores remain the property of Camada Apparel or its licensors.
15.2 You may not use, reproduce or distribute any intellectual property without written consent.
16. USER ACCOUNTS (ONLINE STORE)
16.1 Creating an account is optional but may provide access to order history, faster checkout and special offers.
16.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
16.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
17. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
17.1 Our website and other Camada Platforms may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of these sites.
17.2 Use of third-party payment gateways is subject to their terms and conditions.
18. SECURITY
18.1 You agree not to engage in any activity that compromises the security or integrity of our website or systems.
18.2 We use reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
19. PRIVACY

19.2 By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
20.1 To the extent permitted by law, Camada Apparel is not liable for:

20.1.2 loss caused by delays or delivery issues
20.1.3 loss resulting from incorrect address information
20.2 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
20.3 To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use Camada Platforms, including technical failures, downtime, or data loss.
21. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
21.1 Products sold internationally are subject to the laws and import requirements of the destination country.
21.2 You are responsible for ensuring that purchased Products comply with your local regulations.
21.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer protections or statutory rights that apply in your country of residence.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
22.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
23. GOVERNING LANGUAGE
23.1 These Terms are provided in English. Translations (if any) are for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
24. GOVERNING LAW
24.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
24.2 You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
