1. INITIAL ENQUIRY
You reach out with your idea, including your team, sport, colours, logos, and the items you’re interested in, such as jerseys, shorts, socks, hoodies, trackies, and more. This helps us understand your vision from the start.
2. Design Brief & Consultation
We confirm your brief by reviewing your club colours, logo files, and any sponsor logos. We discuss your style preferences (classic, modern, minimalist, or bold), along with your on-field/on-court and off-field needs. From there, we suggest suitable garment options and answer any questions about fabrics, fit, and timelines.
3. Concept Design & Revisions
Our designers create custom digital mock-ups of your kit. You review the designs and provide feedback, and we tweak and refine everything until you’re 100% happy with the final look.
4. Sizing & Final Order Details
You receive access to our full Camada Sizing Kit, covering every item in our range. This allows players and staff to try on sizes and achieve the best possible fit. We then lock in sizes and quantities for each item, including player names and numbers if required, as well as any special notes such as long-sleeve options, goalkeeper kits, or managers’ gear. You’ll receive a final order summary to approve before production begins.
5. Production
Once approved, your order goes into production. Your custom designs are applied using high-quality manufacturing processes to ensure durability, colour accuracy, and comfort.
6. Quality Check & Dispatch
Every order is checked for print quality, colours, sizes, and accuracy. Your gear is then carefully packed and shipped directly to your club or school.
7. Delivery & Aftercare
You receive your custom Camada kit, ready for game day. We’re also here for ongoing support, including reorders, top-up orders for new players, and future design updates for upcoming seasons.
